Broken Ankle

It all occurred on Saturday when I was playing soccer at night in the dome of Carter field. Again, I play soccer every Sunday morning, but this week our Korean soccer team had a reserved game with the other team for the tournament. And as I was stretching and being ready to play the game, the referee came and told us that our game was going to be canceled since the opponents seem to not arrive on time. Therefore, our team decided to play with the leftover number 1 intramural soccer team. Unfortunately, there was no twist during the game. The other team, proving their years of teamwork, had incredible sharp and clean passes. They were outstanding in all factors than us: passing, shooting, crossing, strength, etc. And there went my tackle to steal the opponent's ball until I fell down first and he climbed over my back as I tried to stand up. Simultaneously, my foot folded forward in a 180-degree angle. Do you guys know the feeling of being hurt so bad that you can't even scream out loud, and simply you open your mouth following an inner pain spreading all over your body so quick? It was that kind of feeling. It has been three days from then, but I am still having trouble walking as usual. I am waiting for time to pass by that will automatically fix my foot.

A few days ago, I received an email from UHCS that I did not have two immunization vaccine shots that were mandatory. I thought I completed all the requirements and sent the document, but I guess I was not really paying attention. I called UHCS department for a reservation, and the employee said to meet her on March 22nd, which is more than a month to wait and take the shots. Well, it was unexpected.
