Ya boi dummy tired

So I just got back from my first day of service learning and I'm gonna be real with you chief, it made me mad tired. As a whole it only lasts around 2 hours, but it just goes so slowly. The first group of kids were decent and nice to work with, but the last group were nearly unresponsive. If I went up to them and tried to ask about their paper and if I could help, the majority of them gave me a response that made it seem like I was annoying them by existing. They were more open to the adults in the room helping out, which makes sense, but it was still disconcerting nonetheless. Either way, it's really nice out today so I don't want to let that get in my way, and I'll hope that things go better next week!

I also just wanted to say that I want Tom Brady to quit his job and go back to making out with his kids. The game the other day was pretty boring in my opinion, but I was working on a research proposal for Biology the entire night so I wasn't able to watch much. I was going to go out to the Commons afterward but my work yet again held me back. That's whatever though, I'm just glad that I got that over with. Hopefully I won't have a ton of work to do for the foreseeable future (he did have a rather large amount of work in the foreseeable, much to his chagrin). Don't take Organic Chemistry kids, it's literally the worst.

I guess just a little about me and my weekend otherwise, on Friday night, I went over to my friend's dorm in IV and we ordered Chinese food from Postmates. However, the food never actually showed, so we stole a bag of Indian food that had been sitting on the ground in the hallway for like 2 hours (don't judge, it was really good Indian food). We then ordered more Chinese and ate that. On Saturday I mostly just sat down and did Orgo work, and then I went to another friend's dorm and we played Smash Ultimate for a little while. I tried the Boston Schwarma for the first time, and frankly I would recommend the place! Good food and large plates for a decent price. I was invited to my my British mate's party but I was too tired so I didn't end up going. Sunday morning, I had practice for my team (I play Fortnite for the Esports club at our school, I hope you don't lose TOO much respect in me). That went on for a while, and then I did all of my work that I mentioned in the prior paragraph. My weekend wasn't too bad overall, but I have definitely had better. Hoping to have some chill time coming up, I really need it. See y'all tomorrow, be there ready to discuss whatever tangent we end up going off on!
