Little Late

I'm writing this now because I completely forgot to write it for Wednesday. That's my bad. Don't kill me, Sub. Okay, let's get into it.

Spring break was kind of ass. I'm from a small town in New Jersey called Andover, and when I say small, I mean small. For miles, there is nothing in my town or surrounding town besides cattle, horses, chickens, and farms. If you look at where I live in satellite mode on Google maps, you'd just see dark green. Northeastern's spring break starts earlier than most other schools' spring breaks. Only one of my friends, Braden, was home when I was home. We barely went out together though, but it wasn't our fault. There just really isn't anything to do in Andover, New Jersey. Also, it was a lot easier planning a night out when everyone was home. We were two people, so here were our options: drive around, go out to eat, go bowling, or go to a movie. Let's go over these cases and let me explain why none of these are viable options.

Driving around is fun. You get to listen to music and talk, and just drive around to random places. However, unless you're made of money, gas is an issue. I wouldn't want to waste a tank of gas just driving around. Going out to eat is always nice, but again, unless you're made of money, going out to eat every single night or day is not a viable option. Bowling is fun, but not with two people. Going out to a movie is a great time, but unless there's a decent enough movie at a decent enough time, then you're not going to see a movie. That's all we had to do in little Andover, New Jersey.

Instead, Braden and I stayed home the whole time playing Xbox, and let me explain why we did this, and why we had such a good time. Braden goes to school in Pittsburgh, where he does not get to bring his brother's Xbox. So, Braden and I take any chance we get to play Xbox together if we can. Besides that, I went over to his house once, and we went out for food once. So, spring break wasn't super exciting, but I had fun.

Also, I brought up Richard Prince in my philosophy class today, because we were talking about the ethics of copyrighting. I realized after I asked the question regarding Prince that maybe it might not have had related directly to what our guest speaker was talking about but who cares. That class is still one of my favorite classes.
