We haven't gotten a ton of snow here yet, but even when it flurries, I hate it. A lot of the shoes I brought to college with me have terrible traction, so slipping here is even more of a concern. I could wear my boots, but they're a little uncomfortable and I could still definitely slip in them. I feel like I'm prone to it. I'm prone to slipping and falling. It also sucks because I have to walk to class, which increases potential time to slip. Walking through snow in general is also terrible. Don't get me wrong though, I'm an advocate for the cold. My favorite season is the fall, but I would take the winter season over spring or summer any day. I love being cold. No matter how cold it gets, my window will always be open and my fan will always be on when I'm sleeping. I can't sleep if it's not cold and I definitely can't sleep if I'm sweating.
Being hot sucks, and sweating sucks. So, I don't know what sucks more. I kind of feel like it being disgustingly hot is worse than it being disgustingly cold. Fall is the perfect season. It's the perfect weather for sweaters and sweatshirts. Some days, you can still wear shorts, and some days, you can wear pants and not want to die. The leaves turn pretty colors and Halloween comes around, and then Thanksgiving, which I celebrate with my friends. Nothing can beat the fall. The spring brings allergies, the summer brings sweat and excruciating temperatures, and the winter brings snow, ice, and slipping. Honestly, I'm not really sure how to end this because my ideas are all over the place. Basically, ice sucks, hot weather sucks, and fall rules.
