This person talks about how In Bruges was okay, but it was ruined by disturbing violence. Considering
the movie is about hitmen, it actually had very little violence. The story
focused around the psychological effects that can result from being a hitman. As
the movie continues, the characters become more relatable, and the viewers
might even like them. The mild violence was more of a jolt back to the reality
that they are hitmen.
